When Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted

Color Differences: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for minor color differences (10–15%), as colors may vary due to screen resolution or lighting.

Material or Color Preferences: If you do not like the material or color after receiving your order, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. We use only high-quality materials and provide detailed product descriptions. Please review all details before ordering.

Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sudden changes of mind after your order is placed.
Exchanges Due to Size Issues

Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you need assistance choosing your size, our team is happy to help before you place your order.

Exchanges for size will be handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the availability of the required size.

A logistics fee of INR 249 per item will apply for reverse pickup and re-shipment.

No size exchanges will be provided for sale items.
Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Products

All our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at [your support email] within 2 days of delivery, including product images and an order opening video for verification.

Once we verify your claim, we will arrange for reverse pickup and send a replacement if available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the full amount, valid for 30 days.
